Laura Anderson brings first-class HR operational excellence, dynamic consulting solutions, and years of organizational development experience together to Toledo area-based clients.
Raised in the tri-state area of DC, Maryland, and Virginia, Laura spent her holidays in New England, and studied at the University of Vermont. She earned her degree in Archiving and found use for it through the organizational development of small businesses and start-ups, functioning as an HR Specialist and Business Partner, Director of Operations, and Operations Manager at many new, and now successful, Boston companies. Through these industry connections and especially in her transition to Toledo she found many smaller businesses needed ad-hoc professional support to succeed, and aims to provide those services through this consulting practice.
